Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative will transfer you to your hotel. You'll attend a detailed trek briefing and have time to rest or explore the city.
Begin with a scenic flight to Lukla. The trek starts with a gentle walk through small villages and pine forests to reach Phakding along the Dudh Koshi River.
Cross several suspension bridges and pass through Monjo to enter Sagarmatha National Park. A steep final ascent brings you to Namche Bazaar, the gateway to Everest.
Spend the day acclimatizing. Take a hike to the Everest View Hotel or Syangboche for panoramic mountain vistas. Explore Namche’s shops, bakeries, and museums.
Continue along the scenic trail with views of Everest and Ama Dablam. After crossing the Dudh Koshi, climb through forested paths to reach the spiritual center of Tengboche.
Descend to Debuche, cross a suspension bridge, and pass through Pangboche before ascending the wide valley to reach Dingboche, surrounded by towering peaks.
Take a rest day with a short hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Ridge for acclimatization and sweeping Himalayan views.
Head east into the Imja Valley toward the small settlement of Chhukung. Enjoy fantastic views of Island Peak and Lhotse during this short but high-altitude trek.
Start early to cross the first and highest pass of the trek, Kongma La. After a tough ascent and descent, continue through Khumbu Glacier moraines to reach Lobuche.
Follow the trail beside the Khumbu Glacier to reach Everest Base Camp. Spend time soaking in the surreal environment before returning to Gorakshep for the night.
Climb to Kala Patthar early in the morning for the best sunrise view of Everest. Then descend and trek westward to the quiet village of Dzongla.
Begin with an early ascent over the icy and rocky Cho La Pass. Carefully descend into the Gokyo Valley and continue to the small settlement of Thagnak.
A short but stunning trek alongside the Ngozumpa Glacier brings you to Gokyo village on the edge of the beautiful third Gokyo Lake.
Climb to the summit of Gokyo Ri for breathtaking panoramic views of Everest, Cho Oyu, Lhotse, and Makalu. Later, explore the chain of Gokyo Lakes.
Cross the final high pass, Renjo La, offering one of the best views of the entire Everest region. Descend into the remote Bhote Koshi Valley and reach Lumde.
Descend gradually along yak herding routes to reach Thame, a quiet village with an ancient monastery and traditional Sherpa culture.
Return to Namche via easy trails that offer a chance to reflect on the journey and revisit familiar terrain with a new perspective.
Take a rest day in Namche to relax, enjoy the bakeries, or take a short excursion to nearby viewpoints or Khunde Hospital.
Make your final descent through forests and across suspension bridges, following the Dudh Koshi River back to Lukla. Celebrate the successful completion of your trek.
Catch a scenic morning flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy the comforts of the city.
A buffer day in case of flight delays from Lukla. You can relax, explore the city, or shop for souvenirs.
You’ll be transferred to the airport for your flight home, concluding your ultimate Himalayan adventure.
